About Me

I'm Sondre — a sports science specialist, Merida-sponsored cyclist, and the person behind procyclist_training. I've spent years studying the physiology behind performance: VO₂max, periodization, FatMax, heat adaptation, altitude. I don't coach with generic templates. Every review and plan I write is built from first training principles and 100% individualization.

1. How do I send my training data?

You'll fill in a short Typeform after purchase. You can attach Strava/Garmin links or upload files. Can also be sent on mail.

2. How long time for answers?

I deliver within 48 hours, usually faster.

3. What if I'm a beginner?

I work with all levels. If you're training consistently and want to improve, I can help. I have worked with a lot of beginners before.

4. Can I cancel coaching?

Yes, anytime. No lock-in contracts

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe (all major cards) and PayPal.

6. Do you coach runners or other sports?

I can coach in multiple other sports, including running, Hyrox , rowing and Strength training. That’s a great thing by being a sport nerd
