Who I am
I`m Sondre Runningshaugen, a sports scientist with a diversified experience in fields like human performance, nutrition and psychology.
I have a burning passion for helping people to achieve their goals through creative thinking, science backed training methods and top tier technology.
I love learning and applying new methods to give each athlete the most effective training program possible. Listening to and quantifying inner metrics of each individual body but also understand the bigger picture by seeing every component working together.

My Journey So Far
1. Former Road and XCO cyclist
2015-2019
Started reading sport science at the age of 12, and cached myself to reaching 72 in VO2max at the age of 16.
2. Started coaching my brother
2017-2022
At the age of 14 I started to coach my little brother, in some years he reached a VO2max of staggering 86 ml/min/kg.
3. Pursue sport science
2021-2024
Joined the university of Lillehammer to take a Bchs in sport science. Got the opportunity to test Norwegian olympians and physiological testing of Visma lease a bike riders. Got to be close to some of the fittest athletes in the world .
4. Started something own
2024-Present
I want more people to have the opportunity to train right, with the newest science backed methods. I saw a gap in the society, where more and more people train the same, and forgetting to individualize to their own physiology. It motivated me to start something own, and help people achieve their goals and cycling/running/skiing dreams.
